The nominee named is representative of the “RTA” - Ron Taylor Attitude. This attitude is comprised of three key components – connection, commitment and contribution. The Ron Taylor Attitude is formally defined as having “a talent to connect with people, fearless in commitments, and the ability to contribute in any endeavor, resulting in a lasting positive impression.”

The nominee is one who illustrates a committed leadership involvement and contribution to family, friends, community, employer, and industry. He/she has given service to AMD as a member, by serving on committees or at the board level. The nominee represents the very best of our Association.
